Delivery Information

Waiting for the item to arrive
The amount of time that it takes for an item to arrive often depends on the shipping method that you selected when you bought the item. You can review the estimated delivery time on the invoice we have sent via email. We send all orders on the same day, Delivery is estimated within 1-3 working days on orders placed by 4pm on a working day. We work closely with Parcelforce and Royal Mail. All Orders are send mostly via Royal mail and Parcel Force.
 
Tracking the item
You will receive Tracking or Delivery Confirmation information in an email. You can use this information to check the postage status of your item on the carrier's website. During checkout all orders that has a shipping charge of over £3.60 will be sent on tracking services which takes up to 1-2 business days
 
Not Received Parcels: 
If you are not at home, the courier driver may leave the parcel at a secure place at your house or leave this parcel with a neighbor.Usually the courier driver is also advised to leave a card advising you where they have left it or further instructions how to arrange re-delivery. Royal Mail and Parcelforce Services usually make 3 attempts to deliver the parcel. If they are unable to deliver the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Please make sure to provide correct address details and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel once you place your order on our website. 
 
Inspecting the item
When you receive your item, inspect it right away to make sure that there are no damages and it matches the description of the item you have ordered.
